I am a Software Engineering Manager living in Oakland and working for Yahoo! in Sunnyvale. Currently I am deep into converting my team from an unrecognizable software development methodology to an Agile Scrum process, sneaking in concepts from Kanban and Lean Management wherever I can. I am also studying the art of leadership and management with the kind help of the three-year Generative Leadership Program. To support my studies in GLP, I have also recently started studying Aikido, you can find me at the Aikido Institute.
I love working on projects but rarely document my work; this blog is an effort to put some thoughts down on e-paper so I can review my progress on various initiatives. Hopefully these wanderings can also help other souls walking similar paths to mine.
